Assistance for new immigrants or refugees to settle, adapt and integrate into London
Includes orientation, referral, interpretation, language assessment, settlement counselling, workshops/speakers and multicultural/community development * assists with directing to family doctors

- Client Support Services - Partners in Caring Supports for Government-Assisted Refugees (GARs) to address medical, emotional, and social needs * case management services * on-site medical examination clinic
- Newcomer Settlement Program Newcomer information and referral services
- Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) Provides temporary accommodations at Jeremiah's House Reception Centre with meals and 24-hour supervision for up to 15 days including orientation and training on household facilities and fire evacuation plans * needs assessment, including emergency needs * life skills support including orientation in clients' language on variety of topics, such as federal and provincial programs and services, health care issues, managing money, education system, family life, employment referrals to community services * assistance with searching for, viewing, selecting, and moving into permanent accommodations
- Settlement Workers in Schools Program (SWIS) Settlement workers in schools work with newcomer parents and their children to adapt to the Canadian educational system * provides newcomers and their families with information and referral on settlement needs, learning English, job seeking, housing, adult education
