How do I suggest a service listing for the website, or make edits to an existing one? 

On each individual page there will be an option where you can suggest additions or updates to service listings. 


How do I post an event to the "Local Events" section? 

Events are integrated from the southwesthealthline.ca. To submit an event to our events page, go to Southwest Healthline's submit an event page and be sure to include “Youth” in the “topic(s)” section.

The Parenting Education  page lists many services available to help parents in London. You can also visit Familyinfo.ca


What is “My List”?

My list helps you save service listings as you browse the Atlas London site
 
To use this tool:
 
1. Browse through the site to find services and events that interest you. Click on the ‘+Save’ button for the service you are interested in to add it to your list. 

2. Go to "My List" to print or email your list of services. You may include a note for yourself or for the person you are sharing information with by typing a message in the “Personal Message” text box.
 
 
Are there any specific services for Indigenous Peoples? 
 
Services for Indigenous Peoples have been included throughout the site. Searching for ‘First Nation’ from the homepage will provide you with a list of all services identified as serving Indigenous Peoples.  



Are there any specific services for People with Disabilities? 

Services for People with Disabilities have been included throughout the site. Each service profile also provides information on whether a service is wheelchair accessible or has other accessibility features. Some service categories that may be of particular interest to you include: 

 
What services are available for Francophones? 

Services for Francophones have been included throughout the site. Searching for ‘Francophone’ from the homepage will provide you with an alphabetical list of all services identified as serving the Francophone population. Typing the word ‘French’ will return a list of all services identified as offering services in the French language.


I'm on a low income, what services can help me? 

Most of the services on this website are low cost or free.
If you find yourself having a hard time making ends meet, we recommend reviewing services listed on the Basic Needs page.


I'm a service provider. How can I use this site? 

If you’re a Service Provider, we hope that you’ll use this site as a tool to help young people find the services they need. We encourage you to ‘Suggest an Edit’ if you feel that there is a service that we’ve missed.
