  • Health at Work 4 All! Provides assistance to employers in creating a healthy workplace * develops workplace wellness programs that address current and future employee physical and mental health and wellness concerns

  • Oral Health Dental preventative services for qualifying children and youth 17 years of age and younger * includes cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments * other services offered include oral screenings for Healthy Smiles Ontario and fluoride varnish applications in pre-school and elementary school settings * low-cost dental cleans are also available to qualifying adults

  • Tobacco Quit Clinic (The) Monthly workshops for people who want to quit smoking and are able to use nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) * workshops include a one-hour group presentation and an appointment with a Cessation Specialist who will provide 5 weeks of free NRT product and individualized advice/support
