Description of Services:

12- bed inpatient unit provides specialized (multisensory) assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and support services

Outreach and Consultation Team - Provides consultation, assessment and treatment support in multiple settings * settings include onsite ambulatory clinics, community settings, family and group homes, and telephone support

The Dual Diagnosis Program program offers professional multi-sensory assessments and treatments for patients across Southwestern Ontario. Our goal is to develop patient-centered and recovery based care plans leading to an enhanced quality of life and recommendations for community supports.
