- Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care - St Mary's and Marian Villa 375-bed long-term care home * residential care for private, semi-private, and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to attending doctors, nurse practitioners and other health professionals
- Parkwood Institute 403-bed health care facility * offers complex care, rehabilitation, and specialized services for older adults, veterans care, and mental health care
- Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care Mental health care for people who have come into contact with the law * 89-bed inpatient program including assessment, treatment and rehabilitation
- St Joseph's Hospital Acute and ambulatory care, day and short-stay surgery, urgent care, chronic disease management, teaching and research institution
- Zero Suicide Initiative A free resource, created in collaboration with Niagara Region Public Health, that has been designed to support organizations that are not a formal part of the health care sector, by providing them with tools to enhance suicide prevention within their own organizations
