Assistance for people to complete criminal record suspension applications, and information on travel waivers (documents that allow Canadians with a criminal record to travel outside of the country) * staff work on client's behalf to connect with agencies (police services, courts, RCMP, and Parole Board of Canada) to obtain documents and submit applications
