Medical research program * main goal is stroke prevention through the study of causes of stroke and Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)/Stroke
Helps patients with atherosclerosis and family members by identifying known causes of premature atherosclerosis and a process called "Treating Arteries" instead of merely treating risk factors such as high blood pressure and cholesterol
Those interested in volunteering for research as a patient with premature atherosclerosis or family member should email the SPARC program
