Description of Services:
Adult day program offers social, spiritual, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia in a group setting * blended program also offered to support older adults with no dementia diagnosis who are looking for continued social/recreational opportunities * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * hot or cold meals (through Meals on Wheels) and snacks provided

- inter-generational programming with on-site child care centre and inclusive programming with adults with a developmental disability who attend on-site Passport Day Program
