Virtual Concussion Program

Registration: Required
Free 6 week multi-disciplinary education program for those with concussion symptoms. Participants will:
- Learn strategies to improve functioning, coping, and life participation.
- Receive tools to overcome common challenges with getting started, following-through, and staying on-track.
- Engage with others affected by concussion in a safe space for sharing, empathetic listening, and advocating.
- Leave the program with individualized plans for Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physio Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology.
This program is is open to concussion and ABI survivors 16 and older.
