Guests will enjoy 4 delicious sample pairings and will have a chance to win awesome prizes. The deadline to purchase tickets is February 17th.
Pairing Menu:
- Pairing 1: Blonde Ale - Macerated Blood Orange and Grapefruit Salad with Shaved Shallot, Tarragon, and a Sherry/Honey Vinaigrette.
- Pairing 2: IPA - Brazilian Style Pork Ribs Served on Farofa (toasted cassava flour, bacon, onions, garlic, parsley, cilantro)
- Pairing 3: Amber - Egg Rolls Stuffed with Smoked Brisket, Potato, and Succotash, Served with a Chevre and Mustard Mousse - Topped with Honey and Grapefruit Zest.
- Pairing 4: Stout - Chocolate Torchon with Rosemary and Walnuts. Served with a Cherry Stout Compote.
Vegetarian Pairing Menu:
- Pairing 1: Blonde Ale - Macerated Blood Orange and Grapefruit Salad with Shaved Shallot, Tarragon, and a Sherry/Honey Vinaigrette.
- Pairing 2: IPA - Brazilian Black Bean and Root Vegetable Patties (No bacon in Vegetarian Farofa)
- Pairing 3: Amber - Grilled Portobello and Oyster Mushrooms
- Pairing 4: Stout - Chocolate Torchon with Rosemary and Walnuts. Served with a Cherry Stout Compote.
