Description of Services:

CAS is required by law to have a complaints procedure

Contact the CAS worker or supervisor for a copy of the complaint procedure brochure or the local CAS and ask to have a copy mailed * informal complaints do not need to be in writing but formal complaints must be in writing * a concern/complaint regarding an issue that has been decided by the Court, is currently before the Court, or falls under the Labour Relations Act is not eligible for review
