Rent-geared-to-income 13-unit apartment project for adults with a history of psychiatric disability * one wheelchair accessible unit *ability to live independently will be required, as documented by physician and/or support caregiverd * some provision is made for communal meals and activities as requested by the residents * no elevator, 3-storey walk-up building * coin laundry facilities on the lower level * limited parking

Second apartment complex at Elaine Lucas Place, 749 Little Simcoe St, London is for single adults and couples with modest income  * two units are wheelchair accessible * on-site coin laundry * elevator * utilities are not included with rent * subsidized rents available
