Description of Services:

Non profit agency that supports children and youth mental health and safety, and developmental services through the following programs:

Child and Youth Mental Health - Therapeutic live-in and community-based programs for children and youth less than 18 years * therapeutic counselling * daily 24 hour crisis phone support

Developmental Services - Community residential living * supported independent living, and community-based services for youth and adults

Enhanced Foster Care
- Placements for children and youth 0-18 years

Transitional-Age Services
- Live-in and community-based support programs for youth over 16 years

  • Community Youth Support Program Non-residential programs providing short-term counselling and support
  •  
  • Developmental Services 24 hour group living support for people with an intellectual disability, including those with extreme complex behaviours, or those who have high medical needs.

  • Group Programs Youth groups * Parenting groups * Humana programs are safe spaces for all.
  •  
  • Intensive Out of Home Programs Intensive, out of home children and youth mental health programs providing participants with therapeutic intervention, counselling and life skills * Youth attend school either in the community or at an on-site TVDSB  classroom.
  •  
  • Transition-Age Jon Clark House (7-bed male program) and Three Quarter House (5-bed female program) transitional residential homes provide programs to prepare youth for independence
