Description of Services:

Services are available to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one as a result of suicide or an overdose * bereavement counsellors assess and support you with improving the quality of your own life by developing coping strategies, reducing isolation, integrating your loss and regaining your own well-being

Survivors of Suicide Loss
- A 12-week group offered 3 times per year * topics covered include guilt, shame, anger, stigma, depression, denial and helplessness * dates and times determined at time of program

About Us

Survivors of suicide loss experience numerous emotions, concerns, fears and more in their struggle to come to terms with what has happened. The loss may be recent or years ago but need to heal may be in the forefront now. The services offered with the 8 week group and the peer support group are invaluable resources.
