This is a free, 6-week workshop series designed to provide caregivers with the tools needed to look after themselves. The program helps to reduce stress, improve confidence in decision-making and communication, find balance and identify valuable community resources.
Who should attend:
- Any individual who provides care to someone in their life that is living with a health condition, including caring for a spouse, child, sibling, friend, loved-one etc.
